Dear FPS Families: 

We are very sorry to inform you that due to a staff and substitute bus driver shortage, we will not be able to provide morning or afternoon bus service for students on routes 6 an 29 on Thursday, April 18. We ask that families do their best to transport students to their school at the appropriate time. In the event that you are unable to do this, please contact the front office at your child’s school to discuss an excused absence. Due to safety reasons, students are not able to ride on a school bus route that they are not assigned to.  

We realize that this inconvenience will place additional stress on families. We do not take this decision lightly and have exhausted all other options to transport students to school in a safe and efficient manner.
