High School and Beyond Plan
Franklin Pierce Schools (FPS) is excited to introduce Washington's new High School and Beyond Plan (HSBP) career and college readiness platform, powered by SchooLinks! This is part of a OSPI HSBP statewide rollout of the platform to align and provide equitable college and career planning for all students. The middle school roll out is 2025-26 and high school will be in 2026-27. Each year, from 6th to 12th grade, students explore and save their interests and graduation goals in their High School and Beyond Plans (HSBP). The HSBP helps students connect their goals and coursework with careers or college majors, supporting their preparation for a career of interest after high school. The HSBP is a major part of the FPS Advisory Program in the 6-12th grade and builds from the k-5 Grades Advisory Program that is embedded into the class day.
