Enrollment Support Events

Need help enrolling your student in Franklin Pierce Schools? Join us at one of our Enrollment Support Events for free, in-person assistance with the enrollment process. District staff will be available to answer questions, help complete enrollment applications, and assist with uploading required documents for students who are new to Franklin Pierce Schools.

All Enrollment Support Events will be held at:

Summer 2026 events

Monday, August 3, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

Wednesday, August 12, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Friday, August 14, 10:00 am- 2:30 pm

Tuesday, August 18, 9:00 am - 2:30 pm

Families attending an Enrollment Support Event can receive:

  • In-person enrollment assistance in English and Spanish (interpreters for additional languages are available upon request)
  • Help scanning and uploading required enrollment documents
  • Before- and after-school child care registration
  • Connections to district programs and resources
  • A FREE backpack for each newly enrolled student (while supplies last)

What to Bring

To complete your child's enrollment, please bring the following documents to an enrollment event.

Proof of Child's Name and AgeProvide one of the following:

  • Birth certificate
  • Religious, hospital, or physician's certificate showing date of birth
  • Entry in a family bible
  • Adoption record
  • Affidavit from a parent
  • Previously verified school records
Immunization Records
Provide one of the following:
 
  • Verification of immunizations through the Washington State Immunization Information System (WAIIS)
  • Completed Certificate of Immunization Status 
  • Completed Certificate of Exemption
Proof of Residence*
Provide one of the following:
 
  • Escrow papers, mortgage statement, or property tax statement
  • Homeowner's or renter's insurance statement
  • Lease agreement or rental contract
  • Letter from a rental agency or landlord confirming residency
  • Utility bill (electric, gas, water, sewer, or garbage)

*If you do not have one of the documents listed under Proof of Residence, you may submit a completed Alternate Verification of Residence Form (English / Spanish) along with one document from the Proof of Residence list that verifes the name and address of the person responsible for the residence.

 

Need Help After Aug. 18?

After our final Enrollment Support Event on August 18, families should contact or visit their child's school for enrollment assistance. School office hours vary, so please contact the school before visiting to confirm the office is open.
