Puget Sound Energy Assistance Resources
Puget Sound Energy (PSE) offers programs to help to pay or reduce your electric or natural gas bills:
- PSE Home Energy Lifeline Program (HELP): Offers bill-payment assistance beyond LIHEAP in Washington state.
- LIHEAP program: Provides financial assistance for eligible households to maintain affordable utility services and avoid disconnection.
- The Salvation Army Warm Home Fund: Gives short-term, emergency bill payment assistance to PSE customers in financial need.
- Payment arrangements: If you don't qualify for bill assistance, consider creating a payment plan. You can work out a manageable payment schedule over up to 18 months.
