
Washington High
School will improve safety and security measures and will receive various new
features to the school.

In June of 2017, the
Washington High School gym underwent renovation of the wooden bleachers. The
new resin bleachers were designed to be more comfortable, have safer seating,
and features the Washington High School school colors. The new bleachers seat
approximately 1,416 persons.
Washington High
School will have new Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) labs
added to the school. The new STEM labs will provide a state-of-the-art space
for instruction of science, math, technology, and engineering. These labs will
include features that can be used as a teaching tool with which students will use to
learn.

Construction was completed for the new bleachers in Washington High School's gymnasium.

Construction designs for the new building have been completed. Building 1000 was demolished. Solar panels have been installed on Building 700.

Plans for construction are under review. Solar arrays are complete and producing power. The greenhouse building for STEM complex is complete.
